At Sonova Consumer Hearing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your audio experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day trial period for all Sennheiser consumer products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
